Free tool
Rearrange PDF pages by dragging them where they go.
Every page becomes a thumbnail. Drag to reorder, rotate the sideways ones, drop the pages you don't need, add pages from another PDF, and download one clean file.
Drag a page to move it. Click one to select it. Arrow keys move a focused page; R rotates it; Delete removes it.
Rearrange PDF pages at a glance
content.win shows the whole PDF as a grid of pages you can drag, which is how reordering should work. Merge, split, rotate and delete happen in the same grid, so nothing needs a second tool.
- Works with
- PDF, several at once. JPG, PNG and WebP can join as extra pages.
- Comes back as
- One PDF in the order you set, rotations applied, removed pages gone. Or only the selected pages, or every page as its own file.
- Runs
- In your browser.
- Limits
- No daily limit and no cap on files. Very large PDFs depend on your device's memory.
- Price
- Free. No account, no watermark.
How to rearrange pages in a PDF
- Drop the PDF in. Every page appears as a thumbnail, numbered in the current order. Drop a second PDF and its pages line up after the first.
- Put them in order. Drag a page to where it belongs. Click a page to select it, hover for rotate and remove, or use the arrow keys, R and Delete.
- Download. One PDF with the new order. Or select some pages and download just those.
What you can do in the grid
- Move a page
- Drag it where it goes, into another file's pages if you like. On a keyboard, focus a page and use the arrow keys; Home and End send it to either end.
- Rotate
- Hover a page and click the arrow, or press R. Each click turns it 90°. Select several pages and Rotate selected turns them together; with nothing selected the button rotates every page.
- Remove
- The × on a page, or Delete on a keyboard. Select several and Remove selected takes them all out at once.
- Select
- Click a page to select it. Download selected then makes a PDF from just those, in the order shown.
- Add pages
- Add files at any point. A PDF's pages join the end of the grid; a photo becomes one page.
The pages come out exactly as they went in
- The pages in the new file are the original pages, not pictures of them. Text stays selectable, links keep working, and the file stays about the same size.
- Rotation is saved into the page, so the file opens the right way up in every viewer and prints that way too.
- Nothing is re-rendered, so a 300-page report is as quick to save as a 3-page letter.
Questions people ask
How do I change the order of pages in a PDF?
Drop the PDF in, drag the thumbnails into the order you want, and download. The new file has the pages in that order; the original is untouched.
Can I move pages between two PDFs?
Yes. Drop both files. All the pages sit in one grid, colour-coded by file, and you can drag any page anywhere. The download is one PDF.
Does rearranging lower the quality?
No. Pages are copied into the new file as they are, not converted to images. Text stays text and the size stays about the same.
How do I rotate just one page?
Hover the page and click the rotate arrow, or focus it and press R. Each click turns it 90°. The rotation is saved into the file.
Can I delete pages here too?
Yes. The × on a page removes it, or select several and click Remove selected. There is also a page-removal page if that is all you need.
Is there a page limit?
No fixed one. Thumbnails are drawn one at a time so long files stay smooth; the only limit is your device's memory.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Drag with a finger, tap a page to select it, and the rotate and remove buttons are always visible.
